About Good Harbor Vista

Built on purpose.

Every day, remarkable organizations quietly do the work that makes communities stronger, kinder, and more hopeful.

Why Good Harbor Vista exists

Meaningful work deserves to be seen clearly.

They solve difficult problems, care for people and animals, protect important places, and create new opportunities—often while relying on websites that no longer represent who they have become.

That disconnect can obscure good work and strain already-busy staff. Professional website design, however, often remains beyond reach.

Good Harbor Vista was created to help change that—not by lowering standards, but by rethinking how excellent work is created and cared for.

The mission should never feel smaller than the website meant to represent it.

Paul and Cathy Fialon

The inspiration behind the company

Experience met a need worth serving.

Good Harbor Vista grew where Paul Fialon’s years of professional website design met Cathy Fialon’s close understanding of the realities nonprofit organizations navigate every day.

The need became personal and practical: dedicated leaders were doing extraordinary work with limited time, limited resources, and websites that often created more stress than support.

The strongest websites are rarely remembered because of technology. They are remembered because they help people understand a mission, trust an organization, and feel inspired to become part of its story.

That belief continues guiding every project we create.

Part of the Fialon family of companies, Good Harbor Vista exists to help good organizations communicate with confidence.

What we believe

Principles that guide every decision.

Tools and trends will change. These beliefs are meant to endure.

01

Every mission deserves credibility.

Its public presence should honor the importance of its work.

02

Trust begins online.

Clarity and professionalism build confidence before the first conversation.

03

Good design serves people.

It should help people understand, find help, or act.

04

Technology should lighten the load.

It should support the organization, never burden its staff.

05

Stewardship over transactions.

A website deserves thoughtful care long after launch.

06

Relationships before projects.

Listening and mutual respect create stronger work.

07

Accessibility is part of respect.

Inclusive experiences welcome more people into the mission.

08

Clarity creates confidence.

Understanding who you are makes engagement easier.

A different way of building websites

Carefully developed. Personally guided.

Good Harbor Vista combines experienced design judgment with an intentional methodology built for quality, consistency, clear communication, and a calmer client experience.

That foundation guides every project while preserving the human judgment and collaboration that make each organization distinct.

More than a finished website

Launch is a beginning, not an ending.

Organizations grow. Programs evolve. New stories emerge. A website should grow alongside the mission it represents.

Our responsibility continues after launch. Website Stewardship means remaining present—protecting the work, supporting the organization, and caring for its website for the years ahead.

Our commitment

Success is measured in service.

We measure success by the organizations we help communicate clearly, connect with people, and serve their communities more effectively.

Looking forward

Our Hope

Helping one nonprofit communicate more clearly can strengthen trust, deepen participation, and create ripples throughout an entire community.

Our hope is simple: help more good work become visible, understood, and supported—without ever sacrificing care.

A trusted guide

The lighthouse philosophy.

Every organization has a mission worth protecting. We chose the lighthouse because we believe every nonprofit deserves a trusted guide—someone committed not only to launching a beautiful website, but to faithfully stewarding one of its most important public assets for years to come.

Let’s begin the conversation.

The first conversation is simply a chance to learn about your mission, answer questions, and see whether we are the right fit.
